Ray-Ran MFR200 Microprocessor Melt Flow System
An automatic device for determining the melt flow index (MFI), equipped with a piston displacement sensor. It is fitted with a special ‘Auto Cut Device’ to ensure consistent cutting accuracy of the extruded polymer in automatic mode.
The device is equipped with an intuitive 4-inch colour touchscreen. Functions include: setpoint temperature (SV), actual temperature (AV), number of samples, cutting time, automatic MFI calculation and ‘ECO’ mode. Simply weigh the extruded polymer samples and enter the weight as an average or for each sample individually, and the instrument will calculate the MFI value automatically.
